Control of Information

TeamTrainers respects your right to control information about you. Therefore, we will not give out our information about you to anyone without your permission (unless a court orders us to). We will never sell our mailing lists. If we decide to establish partnerships with other firms to serve you better, and an exchange of customer lists is part of the deal, we will ask you for permission before including you on the list we provide.

E-Mail Newsletter

If you provide an e-mail address, it will be added to our e-mail newsletter list, but unsubscribing will be easy. We use a newsletter service that ensures we observe the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Data from Site Visits

You will remain anonymous when you visit our Web site. The only information we may collect about your visit will be:

• The last site you're on before ours, to help us determine which search engines, social media, etc., are working best for us.
• Where you go on our site, to help us improve its navigation.
• How long you're on each page of our site, to help us know which pages are working and which areas need improvement.

But again, we won't record who you are—just how you used our site, so we can make it better for everyone.
