and training needs, then provide a training cost-benefit analysis.
- For small problems, I conduct the training in as little as half
a day. The full SuddenTeams Program instills the critical elements
of high-performance teaming either as part of regular team meetings
over several months, or on a more intensive schedule that completes
training in as little as three weeks.
- We provide ongoing phone and e-mail consultation at no extra chargefor
two months to a full year depending on the extent of training provided.
- In the case of the full SuddenTeams Program, I provide follow-up
training to evaluate and fine-tune team performance.
