Train the Trainer

If you have an in-house training staff, TeamTrainers^TMis happy to train your trainers to conduct the SuddenTeams® Program as often as you like. For as little as the cost of 2½ programs conducted by Jim Morgan, plus a small annual licensing fee, you can train as many of your teams as you like. The certification training includes:

An initial introductory training session.
Copies of the full SuddenTeams Program for each trainer (including the right to copy as many handouts as needed).
A comprehensive written examination to ensure solid understanding of the program.
One team training conducted by our trainer with your trainer(s) observing
Observation of one team training by each of your trainer(s) to provide feedback.
Ongoing trainer support.
Program upgrades as they are issued.
